A 3 week embroidery course suitable for absolute beginners getting started on their embroidery journey, and intermediate embroiderers who want some help extending their skills or getting some of those trickier stitches mastered.
My kits have everything you need, a hoop, needle, fabric, pattern and all your thread. You just need to bring a sharp pair of embroidery or small scissors. If you don’t have these, please let me know and I can arrange to have some for you.
Alternatively, you can bring your own embroidery kit or pattern and we can work through it together.
I will take you through the know-how of fabric types, different pattern transfer techniques, needles and threads and a variety of stitches to use. My patterns are beginner friendly, giving you the opportunity to practice the same and similar stitches to build your confidence and technique. I keep my class numbers small so there is plenty of time for 1:1 teaching and answering any questions you may have.
